Tell Us About Your Workforce Needs

Tell us what you need and our recruitment team will respond within one business day. You do not need a formal demand letter to start — the details below are simply what lets us shortlist accurately from the first conversation.

Helpful information to have ready

  • Role and trade — the specific trade, not just the job family. A carpenter and a reinforced carpenter are screened differently.
  • Number of workers — how many you need in each trade.
  • Destination and work location — the country and the site or city. Documentation and work authorisation differ by destination.
  • Experience and qualifications — the minimum experience you expect, and any certificate or trade test the role depends on.
  • Duties — a short description of the actual work, which is what candidates are screened and briefed against.
  • Timeline — when you need workers on site.
  • Working conditions, where applicable — hours, contract length, and whether accommodation, transport or meals are provided. These are set by you as the employer, not by us.

What our recruitment team needs to act

A few details would help

  • Destination / work location
  • Role or trade needed
  • Number of workers
  • When they are needed
  • A way to reach you

Industry and experience are optional. They help us shortlist faster, but they do not hold up your request.

What happens after you submit

  1. Your request reaches our recruitment team and you are assigned a single point of contact who stays with it through to deployment.
  2. We confirm the trade, headcount, destination, standard and timeline — and tell you plainly whether we can source it before anything else begins.
  3. Sourcing and screening run against the agreed standard, and you receive a shortlist to interview or trade-test.
  4. Once you confirm your selections, documentation and work authorisation proceed. Approval and timing are decisions of the destination authorities, not ours.
