Employer FAQ
Straight answers to the questions employers ask before starting a manpower request — including the ones about what we cannot do.
- How do I request workers?
- Submit a manpower request through the Request Manpower page, or contact the recruitment team directly. Either route reaches the same team. You do not need a formal document to start — a clear description of the trades, headcount, destination and timeline is enough for the first conversation.
- What information should I provide?
- The most useful details are the position and trade, how many workers you need in each, the destination and work site, the experience or qualifications the role depends on, a short description of the duties, your timeline, and the working conditions you are offering. The more precise the trade, the more accurate the shortlist.
- What is a demand letter, and do I need one?
- A demand letter is the employer's formal written statement of the workforce required — roles, numbers, terms and destination. Some destinations and some stages of documentation require one. You do not need it to open a conversation with us; we will tell you if and when one is needed for your specific case.
- Which workforce requests can you assist with?
- The website lists vacancies across several types of work. For an employer request, provide the role, headcount and destination so the requirements can be reviewed. A request does not confirm candidate availability or a placement.
- How are candidates screened?
- The employer defines the role criteria and is responsible for assessing candidates and confirming selections. Any documents or checks required for a particular role or destination should be confirmed for that case; no screening or background check is implied unless it is expressly arranged.
- Can I interview candidates myself?
- Yes. Employers commonly interview remotely, set a practical trade test, or send a representative to assess candidates in person. Nothing proceeds to documentation until you have confirmed your selections in writing.
- Who handles the visa and government procedures?
- Visa and work-authorisation decisions are made by the relevant government authorities. Procedures and required documents vary by destination and case. The employer and candidate should confirm their respective requirements; Golden Eagle GS does not decide applications or control their outcome or timing.
- What documents are required?
- The set varies by destination and by role. It generally includes the candidate's personal identity documents, the signed employment contract, and — where the destination requires it — educational or professional certificates that have been authenticated and legalized for use abroad. We confirm the exact set for your destination during documentation.
- Do you work with Saudi Arabia?
- Check the current vacancies and contact us with the destination and role. Availability and applicable requirements must be confirmed for each request; the website does not guarantee that a particular destination or role is available.
- What happens after the workers arrive?
- Any support or follow-up after arrival should be agreed directly for the specific case. The employer and worker remain responsible for their contractual arrangements and for raising matters with the appropriate parties.
